Although the Pulse Technology in BizChargers makes the chargers useless outside of your establishment, we understand that people may sometimes accidentally walk out with a charger. We recomend either asking for an ID or Credit Card in exchange while your customers charge their phones or placing a temporary charge on their bill until the charger is returned. Although we hope this never occurs we also offer an insurance policy so that you don't ever have to worry about lost or stolen chargers!
Each Bizcharger has a Micro USB and Apple Lightning Cable built inside. These two cables charge most mobile phones and electronic devices
Although we hope nothing ever happens to your Bizchargers, we do offer a one year warranty on all docking stations, and a 90-day warranty on all chargers. This covers all hardware malfunctions. If you do encounter an issue please contact us and detail the issue you are experiencing at Support@Bizchargers.com
The Bizcharger Dock can be left on at all times. In addition to this, each Bizcharger has built-in over charge protection, to ensure the maximum life cycle of each battery.
Each Bizcharger is designed to produce the maximum output at 5V / 2.1A to ensure the fastest charge, while adhering to international safety standards and our global certifications.
You must have a docking station to charge the pods. This is to minimize theft for businesses, since the pod will be rendered useless without the docking station to charge it. Each Pod charges using Pulse Technology, meaning it charges on direct contact with the base. No additional cables are required for charging.
We use premium industrial LG batteries, with a life span of more than 500 cycles. Most power banks in the market have the lifespan of around 200 to 500 cycles.
We’ve gone through extensive testing to ensure that our product meets the toughest safety standards. This means BizChargers are able to charge for a long time at a very low heat.
Each BizCharger pod has built-in over charge protection, as well as over discharge protection, short circuit protection and overload protection.
We also have a range of global certifications including CE / FCC / ROHS / BC certifications.
